SERVICES / Price List
RATES/POLICIES
Rates are a flat fee of $75 per hour for dogs and $100 per hour for cats/other pets. Services included under this fee structure are: bathing, blow drying, general combing/brushing, de-matting, de-shedding, scissoring, clipping. There is no additional charge for our premium shampoo and conditioning products except as listed below. Specialty /Add On services listed below are an additional charge. Completion time varies based on breed, coat type, coat condition, size, temperament of your pet etc
We are a busy Salon and due to the scheduling nature of our business, punctuality is very important when dropping off and picking up your pet. This will ensure timely completion of all scheduled services. Late appointment arrivals or delayed pick-ups, may result in additional charges and/or rescheduling per the salon's discretion.
A fee will be added in the event of a cancellation without 24 hours of notice or no t showing. It is incredibly important to show for your allotted time slot. We schedule staff based on booked appointments and pay our groomers /staff whether they are providing services or not.
To save 20% off the cost of future services, prebook your pet every 4 weeks for the year. Services performed at each appointment within 4-6 weeks of the last visit will receive the discount.
Bath/Blow Dry Only
Includes shampoo, +/- conditioner, high velocity blow dry (not cage dried), combing/brushing as needed. The most time consuming part of this service is the drying. We don't just stick your pet in a cage with an unmanned dryer doing the work. A skilled team member is fluffing and brushing the coat while drying. This not only gives a better foundation for a profession groom but is much safer and healthier for your pet. It is important to get medium and heavy coated breeds dry to the skin.

Flea Treatment

Includes administration of Capstar and premium flea shampoo. Capstar will kill all fleas on your pet for 24 hours. Our bathing and drying method will remove all flea dirt, eggs, and kill any fleas on your pet. It is recommended to treat any other pets and your house hold with appropriate products while your pet is at our facility. Please ask us about a flea program that actually works based on science.
De-skunk package

Includes a proven deskunk treatment before the bath and a deskunk solution to be used during the bath. This isn't grandma's tomato soup lol!
Skin Therapy Special

Includes an upgraded therapy shampoo, a hydrating conditioner, and a leave in therapeutic mousse. These are veterinary approved products that address the issue at hand plus make the skin healthier to prevent recurrence.
